At Vitality Vibe, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality graphic design services that meet your vision and expectations. To facilitate a clear understanding of our refund policy and payment structure, we have outlined our terms below:

1. Service Agreement: Initially, we request that you provide a comprehensive list of the services required and any creative ideas or concepts you might have. This collaborative approach helps us align our work with your expectations.

2. Sample Approval: Once we receive your input, we will develop initial design samples reflective of your requirements. These samples will be shared with you for your review and approval. It is essential to evaluate these drafts carefully and provide your feedback.

3. Payment Structure:

   • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your project and initiate work. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to allocate the necessary resources.

   • The remaining balance is due upon the delivery of the final approved designs.

4. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are applicable only if the project has not commenced after the deposit is paid. Should you choose to cancel the project following the approval of samples, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the work completed to that point.

   • For projects with a total cost exceeding £250, a detailed contract will be provided. This contract will outline specific terms regarding the services offered, including the payment structure and refund policy, and must be agreed upon and signed prior to the commencement of any work.

5. Disputes and Resolution: In the event of any disputes concerning the delivered work, we encourage open dialogue to address and resolve any issues swiftly. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will work diligently to meet your needs.

6. Changes and Revisions: We acknowledge that adjustments may be needed during the design process. While we include minor revisions at no additional charge, please note that substantial modifications may incur further fees.
