Terms and Conditions for Vitality Vibe

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of our services as a graphic design business in the UK. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions:

  • "Client" refers to the individual or entity that engages the services of Vitality Vibe.

  • "Services" refers to all design-related services provided by Vitality Vibe.

 

3. Services Provided:

 

  • Logo design

  • Brand Identity

  • Business cards

  • Flyers

  • Posters

  • Websites

  • Printing

  • Embroidery

.4. Payment Terms:

 

  • Fees for services, payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit card, debit card.

  • Deposit requirements: 50% after agreement on design, 50% payment upon completion or within a specified period agreed with the client.

5. Project Timeline:

 

  • Estimated start and delivery dates. The timeline can vary depending on the specific project. Generally, logo design takes about one to two days, business cards and flyers take around one to two weeks from creation to delivery, and website development can take between one to two weeks. We will provide a more precise timeline during the initial consultation.  

  • Provisions for delays (e.g., due to client feedback or external factors).

6. Revisions and Alterations:

  • Number of revisions included in the contract.

  • Charges for additional revisions beyond the agreed scope.

 

7. Ownership and Copyright:

 

  • Clarification of intellectual property rights (who owns the final designs). Once the project is completed and paid for, you will own the rights to your designs and can use them as you see fit.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 

  • Terms for cancelling the contract. Breach of contract, inability to perform, or failure to meet deadlines. Contracts will require cancellation to be communicated in writing, specifying the date and reasons for cancellation.

  • Conditions under which refunds may be issued will be determined in the contract.

 

9. Confidentiality

  • We assure that client information and project details will be kept confidential.

 

10. Limitation of Liability, disclaimer of liability for indirect or consequential losses. Clarification of liability related to the services provided.

  • In no event shall Vitality Vibe, or its employees, affiliates, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the performance or non-performance of our services.

  • Disclaimer of Liability for Indirect or Consequential Losses: Vitality Vibe disclaims any liability for losses or damages that are not a direct result of our actions or omissions. Clients acknowledge that any reliance on our services and deliverables is at their own risk, and we shall not be held responsible for any claims resulting from the use or inability to use our designs or services.

  • Clarification of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising out of the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that are the subject of the claim. We aim to deliver our services to the highest standard of quality and professionalism, but we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control or for issues arising from the use of third-party materials or technologies.

By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this limitation of liability statement. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you.​
